Supporting Better Mental Health
Through Technology
Our mission is to improve access to mental health support by combining ethical AI with human-centered care principles, focusing on accessibility, awareness, and early support.
Our Mission
At Hapday Global Wellbeing Foundation, we believe that mental health support should be more accessible and approachable for everyone, regardless of circumstance.
Many people around the world still face barriers to care, including cost, limited availability of professionals, and social stigma. Our goal is to help reduce these barriers through the responsible use of technology.
We focus on supporting underserved communities and individuals with limited access to traditional mental health resources.
Through ethical, AI-assisted tools and digital resources, we aim to provide immediate, supportive guidance that complements existing mental health care systems. Our approach is designed to encourage self-reflection, early awareness, and easier access to helpful information.
Our Vision
Building an inclusive global community that promotes mental well-being and works to reduce stigma around emotional health.
Global Community
Building a worldwide community that champions mental wellness and breaks down historical barriers.

Our Story
Hapday Global Wellbeing Foundation was established in response to the growing global need for more accessible mental health and well-being resources. The foundation was created with the belief that emotional support should not be limited by financial, geographic, or social barriers, and that technology can play a responsible role in improving access to early-stage well-being resources.
Around the world, many individuals experience stress, anxiety, burnout, and loneliness without timely access to affordable or appropriate support. In some regions, mental health services remain limited due to cost, availability, or stigma, making it difficult for people to seek help when they need it most.
The foundation was created to help address these gaps by developing digital, non-clinical well-being tools that support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy habits. Our focus is on early-stage support and education rather than clinical care.
What began as a focused initiative has grown into a broader effort centered on improving access to well-being resources, supporting early intervention, and increasing global awareness of mental health.
